Every deposit, every game, and every bet brings you closer to a higher VIP tier — with rewards, bonuses, and personalised service that keep getting better.
Each tier unlocks more benefits. Upgrade automatically based on your total deposits and gaming activity within the current period.
Many online platforms have VIP programmes — but honestly, most are little more than a label. At vrickex, the VIP program is built with real benefits you can feel every time you play — not just once a year when a big promotion comes around.
Imagine you are a Gold member at Vrickex. Every week, cashback is credited to your account automatically — no manual claiming needed. Your personal account manager is reachable directly whenever you have a question or technical issue, so you never have to wait in the general support queue.
What sets Vrickex VIP apart from the rest is system transparency. You can check your accumulated points, progress to the next tier, and all active benefits directly from your account dashboard. No hidden conditions, no "ask first before you receive" requirements.
Every RM 10 you deposit and play generates vrickex reward points. These points accumulate and can be redeemed for extra game credits, withdrawal fee waivers, or special merchandise through the VIP rewards catalogue. The higher your tier, the faster points build up thanks to larger multipliers.
VIP members receive a higher deposit bonus percentage than regular members — starting from 5% for Silver up to 20% for Diamond on every deposit.
Cashback is calculated weekly based on your net losses and credited directly to your account balance — no claiming required, no questions asked. Available from Gold tier and above.
From Gold tier onwards, you will be assigned a dedicated personal account manager reachable directly through a dedicated channel — faster and more personal than general support.
VIP members enjoy significantly higher daily withdrawal limits — Diamond members have no fixed limit, allowing large withdrawals in a short amount of time.
Vrickex celebrates your special day with personalised gifts based on your VIP tier — from exclusive game credits to physical merchandise for Diamond members.
Support requests from VIP members are prioritised in the queue — with faster response times and access to a more experienced dedicated resolution team.
Platinum and Diamond members are eligible for exclusive Vrickex event invitations — including gaming tournaments, appreciation galas, and premium entertainment events.
A higher point multiplier means you accumulate rewards faster — Diamond members earn 2× points compared to Silver members for the same deposit amount.
VIP members get early access to new promotions, newly launched games, and special reward campaigns before they are announced to general members.
The table below summarizes the key differences across each tier so you can plan the best way to elevate your VIP status.
